RMI ECON/O/COLD Walk-Ins 

Our Econ/O/Cold Walk-ins Include:

• Either 4-inch or 6-inch thick foamed-in-place urethane walls.

• Foamed in place 4-inch or 6-inch thick corner, tee and ceiling panels.

• Die formed sheet metal facings on both inside and outside.

• Metal panels that are fully adhered to the foamed in place urethane.

• Aluminum, Stainless Steel or Galvanized Steel Sheet surfaces

• Panel joints with built-in PVC gaskets.

• Panels rigidly coupled with at least three steel cam-action-locks per side wall.

• Floor panels, when required, withstand at least 650 lb/ft2 of surface loading.

Walk-in Floors are available Depressed, where the floor is flush with your building floor, Raised with insulated floor panels, and Non-insulated . . .usually specified for On-Grade Cooler Rooms.  Depressed floors and Non-insulated floors can be specified with Quarry Tile or concrete surfaces.  Raised floor panel floors can be specified with step-up or ramp access.  National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved floor designs can also be specified.

Our Standard Man-Access Swing Doors are 2'-6", 2'-10", 3'-6", and 4'-0" wide by 6'-6" high.  Two types are routinely offered, one, our Econ/O/Cold S-30 Series is intended for use on Coolers while the other, our Econ/O/Cold H-30 is optimized for Freezers.  Both of these doors have magnetic gaskets and heated thermostatically controlled door frames.  The H-30 model also has a heated interior door face.  A 15" x  20" three pane hermetically sealed window, an interior kickplate, an exterior kickplate, a locking bar, and a PVC temperature strip-curtain to help prevent thermal exchange are optional.
